Customers are welcome to bring their goods into us personally. Please see our contacts page for opening times and out of hours delivery / collections.
Sending your goods to us for repair
Unless previously agreed, all goods received by us will be booked into our system and repaired under our
Fixed Price Repair.When sending your items to us for repair, via Royal Mail or any other courier, and to enable us to keep the repair costs down, please ensure that you use a suitable and strong box. Inside, it will need sufficient packaging to act as a cushion to protect your goods from any knocks whilst in transit.
Please enclose the following information with your goods:
- Your name address and contact phone numbers
- Company name if applicable
- A description of the fault

Upon completion of repair
After the repair of your goods we will contact you to arrange payment and return. All items are collected / returned using the same box and packing provided by the customer.
Please advise us if you will be making arrangements for your own courier to collect or alternatively we can return your items via our courier. The carriage cost will be added to your invoice accordingly.
Items returned via our courier will be insured against loss or damage caused by them. However, although we will make good any crushed packing for the return journey, neither our courier nor we can be held responsible for any damage incurred due to a poor box or insufficient packaging that was provided.
